Project Implementation Phase

Following the Dubai Study Tour, participants will form project teams and embark on the project implementation phase.

  • Under the guidance of project consultants (lecturers from universities in Ghana), each group will develop and implement a community-based project aimed at addressing a specific climate change challenge within their local community.
  • The Southwest Institution will facilitate project development and implementation, providing guidance, networking opportunities, and connecting participants with potential resources and partners.
  • The project implementation phase will culminate in a final project presentation and a celebration of the participants' achievements during an event closing dinner.

NOTE: This phase aims to culminate in the acquisition of grants from development partners and international organizations, providing vital support for the execution of the group projects. The SouthWest Institution, through the Green Futures Africa Programme, will provide expert guidance and oversight throughout this process.
